Neon Cats, Risograph A4

What could be more fun and inviting then a rainbow of cats? A perfect pop of colour to any room or gallery wall. 

These colourful cats are an A4 Risograph print with three layers of colour; florescent yellow, florescent pink and aqua.

This is an edition of 45, signed and stamped by hand.

Paper: Context Natural recycled, 250gsm Card 

Size: A4, 297mm x 210mm

Unframed, A4 prints posted flat, in a card-backed envelope.

The Process

To get the colours, chosen for this print, I got them printed at Duplikat Press, an independent printing studio, in Margate, Kent. Due to the nature of risograph printing each piece is slightly different, this is because of how the print aligned as it rolled over the ink drum, with each colour used in the print being another time through the printer. We love using this technique here at Abi Prints, as it uses soy ink making it a very eco-friendly way of printmaking.
