Behold the wonders of the Triceratops, these elephant-sized dinosaurs were herbivores who used there beak shaped mouth to eat shrubbery other dinosaurs weren't able to.

I got an exciting opportunity to design these prints to accompany an exhibition which showcased a complete triceratops skull measuring 1.9 meters, that has recently been on display at Manchester Museum. Adding an Abi Prints neon colour palette, in this bright and fun design, perfect for any dinosaur fan. Available in two colour ways.

The Process

To get the colours I chose for these prints, I got them printed at Duplikat Press, an independent printing studio, in Margate, Kent. Due to the nature of risograph printing each piece is slightly different, this is because of how the print aligned as it rolled over the ink drum, with each colour used in the print being another trip through the printer.. We love using this technique here at Abi Prints, as it uses soy ink making it a very eco-friendly way of printmaking.
